Trips 

Climatically mild and almost very sunny every month, Mühlbach is also lain geographically ideally: 
a gaze on the map of South-Tyrol will convince you that we virtually live in the heart of South-Tyrol.
The next highway-entrance is only at 4 km and you will get to the most beautiful 
goals in our region with very short trips. 

We would like to list you now some pearls worth seeing already:

Hike to the romantic Fane-Alm in Vals, 12 km, and – for traveling-friends – 
the possibility, to continue to the Brixner‘s cottage.

You can take the gondola of Mühlbach to get to Meransen in order 
to enjoy there the many footpaths.

Trip as well as hike into the palace Rodeneck, approximately 7 km, with the oldest mundane
 wall-paintings of Tyrol (Iwein-cycle). The Rodenecker Alm is also worth to traveling to.

Footpaths and water-cases of the Gilfenklamm, approximately 25 km trip, combines with a visit of the mine-museum in Predoi/Ridnaun and / or the museum for hunt and fishery in the palace Wolfsthurn in Matrei/Ridnaun.

Visit of the folklore-museum in Dietenheim/Pustertal, 28 km, 
with a trip to the Pragser lake or a stroll through the town Bruneck.

An obligatory item as well as Evergreen is the Dolomites-round-trip, 
after each turn a new wonderful world.

City-strolls in the beautiful Brixner Lauben perhaps visit of the princely castle in Brixen, 10 km, 
just as a sightseeing & wine-tasting in the cloister Neustift.

Complete daily trip over the Jaufenpass to the passport egg valley
Stroll in Meran or inspection lock Tirols

Trip on the Seiser Alm, Europe’s biggest alp, excursions to Kastelruth at the Schlern. 
Trip to the beautiful Geislerspitzens, in the Villnössertal, 35 km, have a snack on idyllic alps, 2050 m.

Completely-day trip to Bolzano, 45 km, city-strolls and visit of the new Ötzi-museum, 
proceeds to the Lake of Kaltern, wine-tasting.

As further day-trips can have a consideration the ones to the lake  Garda, 140 km, to Verona, 
the Rome of Northern-Italy, 190 km, combinable with an opera-representation, to Venice 300 km, 
since the connection with the „Brenner“-highway and our location is very favorable.
